Who we are
We are a boutique property management company with a carefully selected portfolio of luxury short-term rentals in Byron Bay. A fully licensed real estate agency, with more than 25 years of combined experience behind it.
We are committed to keeping the portfolio elite and boutique, so we cap it at 10 to 15 high-end beachfront and centrally located properties. That number is a choice. It is the only way we can know every home in detail, keep the standard where it is and answer the phone ourselves.
The aim is to blur the line between a private stay and a resort-style experience, through personalised guest services, luxury trappings and curated concierge offerings.

Send us a Woolworths order before you leave home. We collect it and put it away, so you walk into a stocked kitchen instead of a supermarket carpark.

Private airport transfers and a local chauffeur for the rest of the stay. Worth it for groups, families and anyone who would rather not think about parking.

The Bay
